The Mall Property should incorporate a balanced mix of retail, office spaces, an entertainment destination, and a hotel to foster economic growth, along with work-force housing in perpetuity to support our first responders and their families. Additionally, fee-simple homeownership opportunities should be included to provide long-term stability and pride for residents.
