Courtlandt McQuire brings over 25 years of expertise in marketing, business strategy, and civic engagement, to City Hall. As an advertising executive spanning industries such as healthcare, education, technology, and real estate development. McQuire has also served in significant roles within civic sectors including airports, seaports, and downtown districts. His successful marketing campaigns have consistently delivered measurable results for his clients, fostered growth, and driven success, demonstrating his capacity for effective, results-oriented leadership.

 

Courtlandt regularly attends City Commission meetings and often speaks during public comment to offer his advice and consent on pressing issues before the City. His commitment to Boynton Beach is further solidified through his past and present service on three key city advisory boards: Planning and Development Board, Arts Advisory Board (Past Chair), and Community Redevelopment Agency Advisory Board (Current Vice-Chair). These roles have not only deepened his understanding of the city’s unique challenges and opportunities but have also equipped him with critical experience in shaping policies that promote smart growth, foster community development, and enhance the quality of life in Boynton Beach.

 

With a keen focus on strategic planning, budget optimization, and measurable outcomes, Courtlandt ensures that resources are utilized effectively to tackle the specific challenges facing Boynton Beach. Notably, with the recent sale of the 91-acre Boynton Beach Mall property, he champions a visionary redevelopment strategy that prioritizes destination entertainment and homeownership over excessive apartment development that could strain our roads and infrastructure. His vision extends to revitalizing the long-neglected downtown area, which offers significant potential for transformation.

 

Court McQuire is also a devoted family man, raising his three daughters with his wife Michelle, who was born in Venezuela. The McQuire family are active parishioners at St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church.
